We cannot make any changes if you have already placed your order. This includes delivery option and/or payment type. However, you can cancel your order, if it has not been shipped and make a new one instead.
You can cancel your order by the moment it has been processed by us. You can get in touch with us by sending your message to firstname.lastname@example.org or you can call on +371 29132371 ; +371 26488636. If the order is already shipped you cannot cancel it but you may return it. All the returns are paid by customer.
Unfortunately we cannot provide an exchange on returned items. If you return something, it will be refunded. If you need slightly different item (different color or model), you need to place another order.
It may happen that you are charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges that occur must be paid by a receiver of a parcel. We have no control over customs and import charges; also we cannot predict what the cost may be due to customs policies and differences of import duties among countries.

Keep in mind if you order a bow tie with irregular pattern (e.g., floral, multicolor, camouflage), it can differ a bit of the one in the picture. If you order a bow tie with a regular or linear pattern it will be more likely as in the picture
